EDCO's unique center vent and full vent soffit panels help to control energy costs by lowering the interior attic temperature of a building during the summer and controlling familiar ice dam buildup on roofing during the winter. Our products are color-coordinated with Crestline, Vetter, Marvin, and Andersen, as well as other manufactures of prefinished windows.

The soffit and fascia systems are available in either aluminum or steel, with 17 enamel and 14 PVC color finishes to choose from.

The soffits are treated with SmartGuard processes to resist damage caused by termites and funcal decay. The embossed cedar-grain surface has no knotholes, patches or veneers to delaminate like plywood and highly resistant to warping, checking, shrinking, and splitting.

SmartSide™ Trim and Fascia offer consumers superior product-performance and aesthetic appeal. Specifically developed to coordinate with the SmartSide family of treated engineered wood siding, SmartSide products can also serve as stand-alone replacements for solid wood or other trim materials for all alternative exterior-cladding products. SmartSide Trim and Fascia products are manufactured using the borate-based SmartGuard™ process to resist termites and fungal decay.

System 3 soffit panels keeps dangerous hot air out of attics in the summer and damaging moisture out during the winter months. Strong yet flexible aluminum soffit is perfectly vented to promote continuous airflow, a necessary component to keeping attics cool and dry. Optimal ventilation can be strategically controlled by alternating solid and vented panels. All components are virtually maintenance-free and covered by our limited lifetime warranty.
